I'm Dr. Çağrı Üzüm, founder of NovaManufact Automation. I have 15 years of experience in manufacturing, 3D printing, and related software solutions.
What I Do
I help small and mid-sized manufacturers automate digital workflows such as email handling, RFQ processing, quote generation and customer support.
I identify where the friction is, then build automation using tools you already have, such as Outlook, Excel, or your existing CRM. No new IT systems to learn. Inquiries get captured and structured automatically. Data moves between systems without copy-paste. The workflow keeps running regardless of who is available.
Each project focuses on a single workflow and is delivered in about two weeks.

- Remove repetitive manual steps from recurring workflows. Where a step needs judgment rather than a fixed rule, such as reading an email or pulling data out of a document, the automation uses an AI agent to handle it.

Background
I led Customer Success at 3D Spark, a manufacturing software startup. Before that I was an Application Engineer at Nikon SLM Solutions, a global pioneer in metal 3D printing. I have also worked in research, business development, and technical sales at W.R. Grace & Co., a leading chemicals company, and Surflay Nanotec GmbH, a nanotechnology startup. I hold a PhD in Applied Sciences from Technische Universität Berlin.
